In this class we make six different kinds of fresh sausages from scratch. We learn the basics of trimming, grinding, seasoning, stuffing, curing, cooking and smoking your sausages. This class is a must for all skill levels and promises "the thrill of the grill" This class includes lunch, sausage to go and beer!
