Chef Hall's winter cooking class series kicks off on Saturday, February 21 at 11am with "The Wonderful World of Sauces". The making of both basic and compound sauces will be covered, from Béchamel to Béarnaise, Espanol to Buerre Blanc, Tomato and much, much more.
Cost of the class is $55 per person and includes demo, recipes, lunch and adult beverages.
